We welcome all enrolments at any time of the year.
Parents of Prep or Year 1 enrolments should be contacting Greenmount State School around July of the year before their child expects to start.
Prep is recognised as the first year of school in Queensland and with the introduction of the Australian Curriculum, full-time attendance in Prep gives students the foundation they need for successful learning in Year 1.
To be eligible for Prep, a child must turn five years old by 30 June in the year they start Prep.
Parents are required to bring proof of age (copy of Birth Certificate) when enrolling their child.
An orientation day for Prep students is held every year in Term 4, the date for this will be posted on the website.
An interview with the Principal prior to enrolling is required.

Fill out the forms making sure you have a photo copy of your child's birth certificate if they are starting Prep.
